IngredientsBBQ sauce:
1/2 cup onions chopped
1/4 cup brown sugar packed
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. salt
2 tablespoon oil
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 cup Ketchup
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup water
1 lemon thinly sliced or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 to 4 lbs chicken legs or wings or pork ribs
BBQ sauce: Mix all ingredients except meat.
Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken legs, wings or pork ribs in a roasting pan. Top with the BBQ sauce and bake 350 F for 1 to 2 hours. Ribs will need to cook a lot longer than chicken.
