Ray's White Bread

Serves 8, makes one loaf
Use your bread machine to make this delicious white bread dough for a traditional baked in oven loaf.

Ray's White Bread
Ingredients
4 3/4 cup white flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 1/4 tsp yeast (fast acting)
1 tablespoon sugar
1 2/3 cup warm milk,110 degrees
2 tablespoons butter

Instructions
In bread maker, add flour and salt. Make 5 holes and pour yeast and sugar in holes. Top with warm milk and butter. You can follow your own bread machine instructions to add ingredients. Turn on dough setting. Remove from bread machine, shape and add to greased or lined 9" x 5" loaf pan. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake in preheated oven set at 375F for 35 minutes or until golden and feels hollow when tapped.
