This was my best stew made in the Instant Pot. Next time, I'll take a picture.

Ingredients
1 lb stew beef
2 tablespoons rice flour
2 yellow onions, chopped
5 garlic cloves
3 large carrots, sliced
2 parsnips, sliced
3 celery stalks, thinly sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 tablespoon Bovril
Water
Instructions
Sprinkle stew beef with about 2 tablespoons of rice flour.
Cook onions until soft on Sauté setting in Instant Pot. Remove onions from pan.
Fry the beef stew in pan just to seal the juices.
Add just enough water to cover meat. Top with vegetables, cooked onions and garlic.
Add salt and pepper, parsley and Bovril.
Cook 40 minutes on Stew setting in Instant Pot, pressure release after 30 minutes.
