100% Whole Wheat Bread

Makes one or two loaves
Whole wheat bread takes longer to rise than white flour bread.

Ingredients 
1 1/2 cups lukewarm water
1 1/2 tsp salt 
2 tablespoons powdered milk 
2 tablespoons honey 
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons butter or margarine 
3 3/4 cups whole wheat flour 
1 3/4 tsp bread machine yeast 

Instructions 
Measure and add ingredients in bread machine in order listed. If possible use the Whole Grain setting on your bread machine, if not consider making dough.

Two loaves dough method:
Add ingredients in the bread machine and put the machine on Dough setting. Approximately 2 hours later remove the dough and shape into round loaves. Place the loaves in two oiled pie plates and cover dough to keep warm. Let rise until double, approximately 30 to 45 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 375° for 25 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and rub butter or margarine on crust to keep soft.

Note: whole wheat bread is heavier and loaves might be smaller in size.
