Zucchini Apple crumble

Ingredients 

Crumbly topping:
1/4 cup or 1/2 stick butter
2 tablespoons oil
1/2  cup flour
1/2 cup large flake oats
4 tablespoons white sugar
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Zucchini Apple mixture:
2 cups shredded zucchini 
3 tart apples, diced
2 McIntosh apples, diced
3 tsp lemon juice

Cinnamon for topping

Instructions 
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 9" x 9" pan.
Mix butter, oil, flour, large flake oats, white and brown sugar until crumbly. Set aside.
Add zucchini, tart and  McIntosh apples to bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and stir until mixed. 
Add zucchini apple mixture to greased pan.
Top zucchini apple mixture with crumbly topping. 
Sprinkle topping with cinnamon.
Bake at 350°F for one hour or until bubbly and crumble looks lightly toasted.
