Ingredients

Spare ribs, allow one pound of ribs per person
Salt and pepper to taste
BBQ sauce

Instructions.
Preheat oven to 325 F. Season spare ribs with salt and pepper and place in a baking pan. Bake in the oven at 325F for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours (or until done). During the last 30 minutes of cooking, baste with drippings from the pan or with your favorite BBQ Sauce.

Variations:
Instead of BBQ Sauce, use a specially prepared spare rib sauce during the last 30 minutes such as VH Medium Garlic sauce or VH Spare rib Sauce Strong.

BBQ Grill:
Place spare ribs in large pot, cover with water, bring to a boil, then simmer until cooked and tender, for about an hour.
Drain. Brown the ribs on the barbeque grill and baste with your favorite sauce.
