Ingredients2 eggs slightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef l tube refrigerated Pillsbury crescent rolls dough
6 ham slices
6 mozzarella cheese slices
Mix all ingredients - except dough, ham and mozzarella - together. Flatten meat mixture to 1/2-inch thick rectangle on waxed paper. Cover with ham, then mozzarella cheese. Roll like a jellyroll. Separate dough into four square parts. Wrap pastry around meat roll. Place on a 15 X 7-inch baking pan. Bake at 350 F for 45 to 60 minutes. Drain off any grease after 45 minutes, then continue baking.
Variation: Use tea biscuit mix instead of crescent rolls if desired.
