Flounder Italiano

Ingredients
1/2 cup crushed tomatoes
1/4 cup diced onion
1/4 cup white wine
1/4 cup and 1/4 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. and 1 tsp. margarine
12 oz flounder fillet
2 tbsp. and 1 1/2 tsp. flour
Fresh parsley sprigs to garnish

Instructions
In a large, nonstick skillet, combine tomatoes, onion, wine, oregano, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat until vegetables are tender. Remove vegetables from skillet and keep warm. Using the same skillet, melt margarine. Coat fish with flour; place in skillet and brown over medium heat about 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily. Transfer fish to a serving plate and top with vegetables. Garnish with parsley sprigs.
