Fruit Sauce

Makes 4 to 8 servings

Fruit sauce

Ingredients
2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, or a mixture of frozen fruit
½ cup sugar
1 tablespoon potato flour
¼ cup water

Instructions
Boil blueberries and sugar slowly in a small saucepan on medium heat until sugar melts. Add 1 tablespoon potato flour mixed with ¼ cup water. Bring to a boil, stirring often until it thickens. Cover and keep on low heat or serve immediately.

Hint:
Serve over pancakes or crepes.
