Makes about 3/4 cup
3/4 cup white wine vinegar or rice vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon Mustard
1 tablespoon onion flakes
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients in a small bowl until well blended. Serve over mixed baby greens or a mixture of romaine lettuce, fresh spinach and grated red cabbage.
