Whipped Potatoes

Ingredients
15 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup milk
1 tablespoon sour cream
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Salt and pepper to taste

Optional ingredients:
Onions, chopped
Garlic, minced
Parsley, chopped
Paprika, to sprinkle on top

Instructions
Cook potatoes in water.  Drain. Mash a bit.  Add milk, sour cream, butter or margarine, salt and pepper.  Whip with an electric egg beater until the potatoes are light and fluffy.
You may try one of the following: add and stir in chopped onions, garlic, chopped parsley or top with paprika.

Hint: To reduce calories substitute the milk for a bit of the water from the potatoes.
