Makes 9 to 12 servings
Buttertart in a pan. Delicious for a crowd.
Bottom Layer:
2 cups flour
1 cup margarine or butter
½ cup white sugar
1 cup raisins, add on top of dry ingredients
Topping:
½ cup soft butter or margarine
2 cups of brown sugar
3 eggs
Pinch of salt
3 tablespoons flour
1 tsp. vanilla
½ cup coconut
1 cup walnuts
Instructions
Bottom Layer: Mix flour, sugar and butter and pat into a 9 X 13 pan. Cover with one or more cups of raisins.
