Chocolate Butter Icing

Makes 1 2/3 cups icing

Ingredients
1/3 cup cocoa, Frys Cocoa is good
2 cups icing sugar
3/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
1/3 cup butter or margarine softened
2 tablespoons milk or more if required

Instructions
Sift together cocoa and icing sugar onto waxed paper or into a separate bowl. Cream butter in a mixing bowl; blend in 1/2 cup of the sifted ingredients and vanilla and 2 tablespoon milk; blend well. Add remaining dry ingredients; beat until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if required. Refrigerate after icing the cake.
