Rhubarb Crumble

Ingredients
4 cups rhubarb, cut in pieces
½ cup white sugar

¼ cup margarine
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup flour
¾ cup rolled oats
¼ tsp. salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Butter 1-quart casserole.
Put rhubarb in casserole. Sprinkle with white sugar.
Combine other ingredients, blending until crumbly. Spread over fruit
Bake until rhubarb is tender and top is browned, 350 F for 40 minutes.

Note: This is my favorite recipe. Can also be served with cream or milk.
