Strawberry Dessert

Makes one or more servings
Fresh strawberries

Ingredients
1/2 cup strawberries per serving
Sugar, optional
1 tablespoon cream per serving

Instructions
Wash and cut up fresh strawberries.  Place fruit in a dessert cup. If desired, sprinkle a bit of sugar  on top.  Serve with fresh cream.

Variation: Instead of sprinkling with sugar use fresh pepper.

Easy Shortcake:  Place fruit on top of plain white cake, pound cake or angel food cake that has been cut in half and top with whipped cream.  Decorate with a strawberry.
