Vanilla Cream Cheese Icing drizzled with walnuts pieces and ginger crystals. |
Ingredients
1 8oz pkg. of cream cheese softened
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sifted icing sugar
Instructions
Beat cream cheese with vanilla at medium speed until blended. Add icing sugar, and beat for 2 minutes until smooth and creamy. Makes 1 1/2 cups.
Hints: Use on carrot cake for a delicious topping.
Drizzle with walnuts pieces and ginger crystals.
