White Almond Bark

Ingredients
2 cups white chocolate wafers, approximately
1/2 to 1 cup roasted salted or unsalted almonds
½ tsp. almond extract

Instructions
Stir white chocolate wafers on top of a double boiler on low-medium heat.  Stir the wafers with a wooden spoon until the chocolate is melted. Take off stove; add roasted almonds and stir. Stir in almond extract. Pour on wax paper on a cookie sheet. Chill 15 minutes and break into chunks.
