Spinach Feta Salad

Serves 2 to 4

Spinach Feta Salad

Ingredients
2 1/2 oz. or 1/2 pack Baby spinach, washed
1/2 tomato, diced
1/4 cup red peppers, sliced thin
3 tablespoons red onions, finely diced
2-4 pieces pickled banana peppers, chopped
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 seedless orange, peeled and chopped
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
1 tablespoon dried cranberries, chopped

Salad dressing options
Option1: Lemon Dressing
1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice, 1/2 lemon

Option 2: Greek Dressing
2 teaspoons each, olive oil, lemon juice and/or vinegar, minced garlic and oregano.Let sit for 1/2 hour, it makes a different.

Option 3: 

3 tablespoons Kraft Greek Feta Dressing

Instructions
Prepare salad dressing from one of the options.
Wash vegetables, and arrange ingredients in a large bowl in order listed, except for dressing.  Chill until ready to serve. Add and toss dressing before serving. Makes two large or four small salads.
