Quinoa with Sardines |

Ingredients
1/4 cup quinoa
3/4 cup water
1 small red onion, chopped
1 small cucumber, chopped
1/4 cup mushrooms, chopped
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
Dash Worcestershire sauce
Dash hot sauce
1 can sardines, drained and chopped or 1/2 can flaked tuna, drained
Instructions
Cook quinoa in water until water is absorbed, about 25 -30 minutes. Meanwhile prepare vegetables.
Add vegetables, oil, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce and chopped sardines to cooked quinoa. Mix gently and serve immediately.
