Makes one 9" pie

This is Brian’s recipe
Ingredients
2 - 9” frozen pie shells
Rhubarb, fresh or frozen pieces
2 apples, cut in pieces
Strawberries, fresh or frozen
2 tablespoons flour
1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F.
You need approximately 4 cups of prepared fruit. In one pie shell, fill to overflowing with fruit, . Add flour and sugar to taste.
Place second pie shell on top; wet edges of pie dough and seal. Make a hole in center of pie shell.
Bake at 400F for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350F and bake for an additional 40 to 50 minutes or until done. Fresh fruit will cook much faster.
Note: I use about ½ cup sugar with rhubarb and ¼ cup for other fruit pies
