Easy Instant Pot recipe, great for beginners or weekday meals served with rice and vegetables. I used 4 chicken breast.

Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1-2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
1 onion, finely chopped
½ cup chile sauce
½ cup water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
Instructions
Turn Instant Pot on Saute setting, add oil, then chicken. Cook chicken 3 minutes per side, move chicken aside, add onion and cook another 2 minutes or until onions are soft, scrapping bottom of Instant Pot to make sure nothing is stuck to pot, Arrange chicken in bottom of pot. Sprinkle chicken with paprika, salt and pepper to taste.
In small bowl mix chili sauce, water and vinegar. Pour over chicken. No need to stir.
Turn off Saute setting. Place lid on Instant pot. Cook for 25 minutes on Pressure cooker high setting. After timer is up, let sit at least 5 minutes before releasing pressure. Remember it takes a few minutes for the pressure to built up and start cooking.
