Easy Chicken with Curry

Easy Chicken with Curry 

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped
3-4 carrots, sliced
4 potatoes, chopped
1 tablespoon curry powder
1/2 tsp salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp pepper, or to taste
2-4 tablespoons water
1 lb chicken breasts 

Instructions
Pre-heated large pan over low-medium heat. Add onions first, cook a bit. Add carrots and cook until almost soft, add potatoes, curry, salt and pepper. Cook until almost done but still firm. Keep vegetables from drying out, add a bit of water if dry. Set vegetables aside.
Cook chicken on medium-high heat and brown well.
Add vegetables to chicken.
Cook covered for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely.

Note:
The water helps steam cook the vegetables and the steam with the taste of curry and vegetables gives the chicken a delicious flavor.
The heat must be high to cook the chicken.
Want it faster, cook chicken in seperate pot.
