Makes 12 tarts

Ingredients
12 tart shells

l cup brown sugar
1/4 cup corn syrup
2 eggs
3 tbsp. Butter
1/2 cup milk or water
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
Coconut, raisins, currants or pecans

Instructions
Mix ingredients and pour in unbaked tart shells. Bake at 450 F for 8 minutes and then lower the temperature to 350 F and cook another 12 to 15 minutes.

Hint: You can put one teaspoon coconut at the bottom of each tart shell and pour the liquid on the top. This way you know how much coconut is going in each shell and you can make some tarts with no coconut. You may also use raisins, currants or pecans instead of coconut.
