Egg Roll in a Bowl

Ingredients 
1 lb ground pork or chicken
1 bag of coleslaw

Sauce ingredients:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon rice vinegar 
1 tablespoon sesame oil 
2 tablespoon honey 
3 tsp dried garlic or 4 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp dried ginger, or 2 1/2 tablespoons fresh ginger
Pepper, to taste

Topping ingredients 
Green onions , chopped, optional
Sesame seeds, optional
Plum sauce 
Chinese chow mein noodles, optional

Cooked rice, optional

Instructions 
Cook ground meat in frying  pan, drain excess fat.
Meanwhile in small bowl mix sauce ingredients. 
Add sauce and coleslaw to cooked meat. Stir,  cover and cook approximately 15 minutes or until coleslaw is softened. Stir occasionally.
Top with green onions, sesame seeds,  drizzle of plum sauce and chow mein noodles. Serve immediately with or without rice.

Note: drizzle with Asian Sesame salad dressing for a different taste instead of plum sauce.
