Corn Chowder

Ingredients
1 tablespoon butter
3 cups potatoes, peeled and cubed
19 oz can cream corn
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 tsp. basil
1 cup water

1 cup half and half cream

Instructions
Place butter, potatoes, corn, bouillon, basil and water in medium pot. Cover.  Bring to a boil.  Simmer 1 hour. Remove cover.
Add 1 cup half and half cream and heat.  Do not bring to a boil.  Serve immediately.
