Makes one pie
2 pie shells
Filling:
2-3 cups blueberries, enough to fill pie shell
½ cup sugar or ¼ cup sugar
2 tablespoons flour
Instructions
Prepare bottom pie shell. Mix filling ingredients and place in bottom crust. Top with a top crust & cut a small hole in center of crust. Bake at 450 F for 10 minutes; reduce heat and bake 350 F for 40-50 minutes until done.
Variations:
Raspberry pie: Replace the blueberries for raspberries.
Apple Pie: fill pie shell with sliced apples, add ¼ cup (or more) sugar, 1 tbsp butter, add 1 tsp of cinnamon, and flour, optional. Top with a top crust. Make a slit in top. Bake as stated above.
Cherry Pie: Use a can of cherry pie filling for the filling. Make lattice top, if desired. Bake.
