Cole Slaw

Cole Slaw 

Ingredients
1 head of cabbage, shredded
1 diced apple
1 diced onion
1 diced celery stalk
2 shredded carrots

Cole slaw Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 to 1 tsp. vinegar

Instructions
Mix the shredded cabbage, diced apple, diced onion, diced celery and shredded carrots.
Cole slaw dressing: Combine ingredients and stir.
Pour cole slaw dressing over shredded cabbage mix and stir. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes from Agnes:
Use a quarter of a huge cabbage. Remove cabbage core. Shred in different sizes, slices and small pieces. Apple does not need to be peeled and can be shredded. Use 1/2 tsp sugar in dressing.

  1. I make my dressing with half miracle whip and half ranch dressing. It has a milder taste and quite popular.
