Easy Veggies

Ingredients
1 zucchini, sliced
1 red pepper, cut in strips
Shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions
Slice zucchini and cut red pepper into strips. Cook covered in a microwave for 6 minutes. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese. Serve.

Hint: Vegetables can be stir fried, then topped with cheese.
