Hamburger and Gravy

Ingredients
1 lb. ground beef
2 pkg Oxo
1 cup hot water
2 tablespoons corn starch
1 cup cold water

Instructions
Brown hamburger in pan. Drain.

Dissolve Oxo  packages in 1 cup hot water to make broth. Add broth to beef. Simmer at low heat.

Stir corn starch in 1 cup cold water. You can put this in a small jar and shake well
Slowly add cornstarch mixture to beef. Stir until gravy thickens. Simmer. Serve over mashed potatoes.
