Makes one pie
3/4 cup white sugar
1 can Carnation milk
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1 16 oz can pumpkin
2 eggs
2 tablespoons margarine
2 tsp. Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Beat all ingredients until smooth. Pour in a pie plate. The recipe will make a bottom crust. You do not need to use pastry shell. Bake 50 min at 350F.
