Ingredients
1 ½ cups cooked, rinsed and drained chickpeas
2 tablespoons water
⅓ cup honey
2 eggs
½ tsp vanilla
⅓ cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup oat flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch salt
1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Add chickpeas to blender and blend until mostly smooth. Add honey and vanilla and blend until smooth. Add eggs and pulse in blender until combined and smooth. Add dry ingredients and blend until combined.
Spread batter in 8" square baking pan. Add chococolate chips on top and spread evenly.
Bake in 350F oven for 20 minutes. Cake will feel firm when cooked.
Serve warm or cool. Refrigerate leftovers and eat within a day.
