Fudge

Ingredients
3 cups brown sugar
1 cup evaporated milk
½ cup corn syrup
1/8 cup butter, add after cooking
1 tsp. vanilla
Chopped nuts

Instructions
Boil brown sugar, milk and corn syrup and simmer until color darkens, about 7 to 10-min.  Remove from heat. Add butter; do not stir. Let cool for about 10 minutes. Add vanilla and chopped nuts, stir. Pour in a buttered pan.
