Noodles Alfredo

Ingredients
Fettuccini, 6 servings
Salt for cooking Fettuccini

Alfredo Sauce:
1/2 cup butter
½ cup heavy cream
1/2  cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup fresh parsley

Instructions
While cooking Fettuccini noodles in salted water make the sauce.

Alfredo Sauce:
In a small pot over medium heat cook butter and cream just until the butter melts. Take the pot off heat and stir in 1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese.

Pour sauce over drained noodles and toss lightly with 2 forks. Sprinkle 1/4 cup Parmesan and parsley on top.
