Pizza Sauce

Enough for 2 pizzas

Ingredients
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 cup tomato puree (or tomato sauce)
1/8 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
2 tsp. basil
2 tsp. thyme
2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. parsley

Instructions
Stir ingredients together in a small saucepan. Cook over low heat for about 15 minutes or until sauce thickens.

Variation: If making this sauce for the freezer use less spice, one tsp. of each spice would be better.  For variety try different spices, tarragon, garlic or Italian seasonings.
