Crepes

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 cup milk
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Instructions
Mix ingredients in blender. Cover and refrigerate for at least one hour. Fry in heavy frying pan.

Hint: Serve with Peach Crepe Filling.
