Eggs in Maple Syrup

Ingredients
2 cups pure maple syrup
Eggs, one or two per serving

Ham, optional

Instructions
Pour 2 cups of maple syrup into a large frying pan and bring to a boil. Break eggs one by one over the boiling syrup and cook. Meanwhile cook ham.
Serve eggs immediately with ham.

Note: You must use pure maple syrup; otherwise the eggs are too sweet.
