Serves 2 to 3
Hot chocolate can be made with a few simple ingredients.
Ingredients
4 tablespoons Cocoa
1 cup hot water
4 tablespoons sugar
3 cups warm milk
Pinch of salt
Instructions
Mix cocoa, sugar, salt and water together. Boil 3 minutes over medium heat, stirring constantly. Add water and milk. Mix and serve.
Variation: Serve with miniature marshmallows, whipped cream or cinnamon sticks.
