Ingredients
2 naan breads
2 tsps. olive oil, or as needed
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced, try Romano tomato
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded, or 8 slices
1 cup baby spinach, washed
2 tablespoons diced onion
1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1/4 green, red or orange pepper, diced
1 clove garlic, diced
Salt and black pepper, to taste
1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 F degrees. Place naan breads on baking sheet. Spread each bread with 1 tsp olive oil. Add tomatoes, cheese, spinach, onion, garlic, peppers, mushrooms, salt and pepper and Italian spice in this order. Top with Parmesan cheese.
Bake for about 8 minutes in the preheated oven, until cheese is melted and pizza edges are crispy. Turn oven broiler to high, broil for 2 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and lightly browned. Serve immediately.
