Ingredients
10" tortilla
3-4 teaspoons salsa sauce
1/4 diced onion
1/4 diced green pepper
1/2 chopped medium tomato
2 tbsps grated Monterary Jack cheese
Instructions
Place one 10" wrap on flat surface for each serving. Spread 3-4 teaspoons salsa sauce in the middle of the each wrap. Add with onion, reen pepper and tomato. Top wrap with 2 tbsps grated Monterary Jack cheese.
To fold the wrap
Start folding from the bottom, then the sides, fold the top last. Make sure the sauce and toppings are not showing. Wrap in foil. Keep the quesadillas cold until ready to cook. Cook about 5 minutes or more on campfire until hot inside and the outside tortilla is browned. Keep foil away from open flame, turn wrap often while cooking.
