Use firm zucchinis for the best results. Try adding a couple of dashes of hot sauce if you like your food spicy.
2 medium zucchinis
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup water
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Cut both ends of zucchini. Make medium noodles in spiralizer or cut zucchinis in thin strips lengthwise and slice again into thinner strips resembling spaghetti. Leave out seeds portion if it is mushy.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add zucchini strips, stirring often for 1-2 minutes, do not burn. Add water and cook until zucchini is softened stirring often, approximately 5 to 7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
