Easy Veggie and Tofu Vindaloo |
Ingredients per serving
3/4 cup firm tofu
1 tbsp oil
1/2 cup vegetables, chopped, i.e. green beans, peppers
1/2 cup cauliflower rice
1/4 cup Vindaloo Sauce
Instructions
Cut tofu un cubes and sauté in oil.
Cut vegetables and add to tofu.
Add cauliflower rice and sauté for about 8 minutes.
Add Vindaloo sauce, heat
Mix in and serve.
