Crispy Tortilla Chips

Crispy Tortilla Chips
Ingredients
Vegetable oil
1 bag 10 large soft tortillas
Smoked paprika or curry powder or garlic salt or celery salt

Instructions
Warm oven to 375 to 400 F, depending on oven.
Cut each tortilla in 10 to 12 triangles. Place tortillas on large cookie sheet in a single layer.
Dab some oil on top of tortillas using a brush, no need to brush both sides. Dab some paprika or other seasoning on top of tortillas using a brush, no need to brush both sides.

Bake  9 to 12 minutes in preheated oven until crispy.  Check every 3 minutes for crispness. Turn cookie sheet for even baking, no need to turn the tortillas over. Immediately move tortillas to another cool cookie sheet to prevent overcooking.  Serve with dip or soup.
After completely cooled and dry, approximately two hours, place in ziplock bag.
