Mushroom and Cream Pork Chops


This is and easy version made without can soup for less salt and preservatives.

Ingredients
Meat
4 pork chops
salt pepper and paprika to taste

Sauce:
3 tbsp butter
2 tsp oil
1 small onion
8 large mushrooms
2 cloves of garlic
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp hot sauce (tabasco)
1 1/2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
1/3 cup 10% cream

Instructions
Meat
Coat pork chops with salt, pepper and paprika.
Add 1 tbsp butter and the oil to large pan over medium heat.
Cook pork chops 3 to 4 minutes per side.
Remove and cover while you make the sauce.

Sauce
Add 1 tbsp butter to pan.
Add chopper onion and cook 3 minutes
Add 1 tbsp butter.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook 4 minutes
Add chopper garlic and cook 30 secondes.
Add flour and coat the ingredients while sturing for about 1 minute.
Add hot sauce, broth and cream. Cook for 5 minutes.
Add pork chops and any juice they made while resting.
Cover and cook on low for 20 minutes.
Serve with rice and green veggie.
