Eggs: Hard boiled eggs or Soft cooked eggs

Two ways to cook eggs. Make sure your eggs are covered with water in the pot.

Ingredients
2 or more eggs
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Hard boiled Eggs
Place eggs in a single layer in a pot and cover with cold tap water. Set pot, uncovered on stove on high heat and bring water to simmering.
Simmer for 15 to 18 minutes drain immediately and cover with cool water. Serve hot or cold. Store unshelled eggs in the refrigerator.

Soft cooked eggs
Place eggs in a single layer in a pan and cover with cold tap water. Set pan, uncovered on stove on high heat and bring water to simmering.
Continue to simmer for 3 to 5 minutes. Serve immediately. cut egg in half with a sharp knife.Salt and pepper to taste.

Note:
Choose your pot size by the amount of eggs you are cooking. You do not want the eggs to have too much room to move around or be too close to each other.
