Papaya Salsa

Serves 4
Delicious with fish or pork chops.

Papaya Salsa

Ingredients
1 papaya
1 lime
Spices: Thyme, Cilantro, Nutmeg, Garlic, Pepper and Chili pepper

Instructions
Slice papaya in half and remove seeds. Remove pulp with large spoon. Save an empty shell for serving. In large bowl add diced papaya pulp. Add juice of one lime squeezed. Add spices.  Mix and let sit one hour minimum.
