Make these potatoes to serve with pork.
5 russet potatoes, sliced
2 gala apples, sliced and cored
2 sprigs of celery, sliced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 vegetable bouillon cube
1/2 cup of hot water
No salt seasoning, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F.
Place potatoes, apples and celery in bowl. Add vegetable oil. Mix bouillon cube with hot water and add to ingredients. Oil bottom of baking sheet. Place vegetables on baking sheet and sprinkle with no salt seasoning. Bake until potatoes and celery are soft, approximately 25 minutes.
