Butterscotch Squares

A really easy no bake dessert.

Ingredients
1/2 cup or 8 tablespoons peanut butter
1/4 cup or 4 tablespoons butter
10 oz or 3/4 cup or more Butterscotch chips
One 10 oz bag or 6 cups white marshmallows

Instructions
Melt peanut butter, butter and Butterscotch chips on low heat on stove in large pot. Remove from heat when butterscotch chips are melted.
Let cool if too hot. You want to prevent marshmallows from melting.
When cooled gently stir in marshmallows. Add more marshmallows if you want. Pour in 8 inch by 8 inch pan. Place in refrigerator to cool. Store in refrigerator. Freezes well.

Tip: Use Kelsey's chipits butterscotch baking chips about half of 300 gram bag.
