Hint: use 1/4 cup nuts mix instead of walnuts, pecans and almonds. Add blueberries or/and raspberries.
3/4 cup plain lowfat greek yogurt
1 tsp maple syrup or honey
1/8 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 - 1/2 cup granola
1-1 1/2 tablespoon walnuts, chopped
1- 1 1/2 tablespoon pecans, chopped
1- 1 1/2 tablespoon almonds, chopped
2 dates chopped

5 to 7 strawberries cut into half, if frozen thawed first, use juice
Mix yogurt, maple strup and vanilla in a cereal bowl
