An unusual mix of ingredients makes a delicious fall soup.

| Creamy Sausage and Bean Soup |
Ingredients
3 sausages
3 onions, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
6 carrots, diced
6 celery sticks, diced
2 cans mixed beans, rinsed well
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup 10% cream
1/4 cup fresh chives
1/4 cup frozen pesto
Olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Remove sausage meat from casing and cook. Set aside.
Cook vegetables until soft in olive oil.
In large pot add all ingredients, bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes.
