Theo' Best BBQ Ribs

We visited Uncle Theo and he was very excited to serve us his special ribs. They were delicious! Best ribs, I've ever eaten. He buys pork ribs and cuts them in serving size. He sprinkles them with spice from Quebec and pepper. He freezes them in ziplock bags and defrost what he needs.  On the barbecue, he cooks them bone side down, and sprays them lightly with a mixture of wine and Sprite or Ginger Ale. He cooks them on medium about 30 min.

Ingredients 
5 lbs pork ribs
Seasoned Salt spice mix
Pepper

Wine
Sprite or Ginger Ale

Instructions 
Cut pork ribs in  serving sizes. Sprinkle with spices and pepper. Freeze in zip lock bags.  Defrost as needed.

Once thawed,  cook on medium heat barbecue bone side down. Spray with wine and Sprite or Ginger Ale mix. Cook until well done, about 30 minutes  on medium heat.
